Find the email we just sent you. It has the subject line “Here is the Meditation You Signed Up For!” 

3. Click the download link

The download process will start automatically. Do not download to an ios system, ipad or iphone. There's a default in the ios system that won't allow that. 

How to Download .mp3 files to an iPhone or iPad

iOS mobile devices like the iPad and iPhone has a default that won’t allow .mp3 music file downloads from the browser into iTunes, Android devices don’t have this restriction.

It’s best to download the files to your computer first.

However, if you don't have access to a computer and you can install the Aloha App which is available on iPhone and iPad.

This app enables you to download .mp3 music files to your iOS device and bypass the default restriction you will face when using Safari or Google Chrome.
